Dear Cortico Support Team, I am writing as an administrator of a growing medical clinic currently using your platform. We would like to inquire whether it is possible to increase the current SMS character limit (approximately 160 characters) for patient messaging. At present, this limitation is quite restrictive for our workflow and communication needs, particularly as our clinic continues to expand and requires more detailed coordination with patients. Could you please advise if there are any options to: Increase the SMS character limit, or Enable longer messages or alternative messaging formats within the platform We would greatly appreciate any available solutions, workarounds, or future plans that could help improve communication efficiency for our clinic. It should be possible to check in to an appointment from the patient home, with a URL that could be a QR code in the office. Also we may want to respond '1' to a SMS reminder send 30-90m ahead of the appointment to mark the appointment as "here" in EMR. Currently if a provider initiates a conversation and a patient replies, only the provider is notified and admin can only view the pt response when you go into their chart to view "All Conversation". Allow auto-copy admin users in conversations started by providers or allow inbox forwarding so admin can receive the notification when pts reply

Currently, files stored under the “Labs” folder in Accuro cannot be attached to messages. It would be helpful to allow users to attach any files that appear in the Labs folder directly to patient messages.

To have a patient portal with all results, so that we don't have to send results individually to patients via cortico plug in. The most ideal way would be that once the doctor has acknowledged the report, it gets released to the patient portal directly.

When sending an invoice to the patient (via cortico invoicing page), it should automatically copy to the encounter notes

Added for a clinic: “We always send the notes/ documents along with the invoice, instead of having to send it through the e-chart after the fee is settled. This would be really helpful instead of having to save the PDF from the e-chart then uploading it into the invoice page. ”

Oscar user here. A big pain point with Oscar is the lack of ability to text between medical staff, MOAs.

Currently pts type their HCN on the kiosk to check in. Proposed behaviour to swipe pt HC during the check in process on the kisok.
