Be able to schedule RTB to book invites where after a certain time (e.g. 7pm), the RTB invite will be sent to the patient in the morning the next day (if the doctor/admin create an invite after 7 PM Pacific Time (or whatever timezone the clinic is based in), it delays the message until let’s say 8:30 AM Pacific time next day . So basically all messages go out immediately between 8:30 AM to 7 PM, but any message created after 7 PM is held and sent at 8:30 AM next day)

I support this enhancement. Physicians often review results and complete chart work after hours, including evenings and weekends. If an RTB invitation is sent immediately at 10 PM or later, some patients may interpret the timing as meaning something is urgent, leading to unnecessary anxiety and a rush to contact the clinic the next morning.
Having RTB invitations created after a configurable cutoff time (e.g., 7 PM) automatically sent the next business morning would improve the patient experience while allowing physicians to work whenever it is convenient, without having to remember to send invitations during office hours.
