Some patients have booking alerts that let our MOAs know to book them for longer appointments instead of the normal 10 minutes. Having a special set of characters in the booking alerts (or other field that Cortico can read) would allow Cortico to automatically look for longer (20 min) slots and set the longer appointment duration. For example: [@20] could be the special set of characters to alert Cortico.
