It would be helpful if Cortico's payment/invoicing module allowed clinics to attach
more than one document to a single patient invoice
.
Occasionally, a patient requests multiple documents as part of the same paid service—for example, two reports that may later need to be sent to different organizations. Currently, only one file can be attached to an invoice.
Combining the documents into one PDF is a possible workaround, but it can create difficulties for patients who need to forward the documents separately and may not know how to split a PDF.
Sending the documents separately through secure messaging is also possible, but when payment is required, attaching the documents directly to the invoice is preferable because
payment and document delivery remain part of the same workflow
, eliminating the need for the clinic to follow up separately for payment.
It would therefore be useful to allow
multiple attachments under a single invoice/payment request
, with the patient receiving access to all attached documents once payment is completed.
