Oscar user here. A big pain point with Oscar is the lack of ability to text between medical staff, MOAs.

Upload patient form responses to the encounter notes. It's currently being uploaded to the document section in the patient's e-chart.

Currently, the plug-in does not appear on patient Master Files. This feature request is to allow users to access the plug-in on the patient Master File page
