Yes please, this would minimize clicks. Doctor goes into the chart and automatically can see the patient responses without having to click and open another document. Ocean does this.

A closely related option is to allow viewing and copying patient form data, from the plugin on the chart (and, manually save it in the notes if desired). This has been requested by several clinics too.

Dr. Usha from Peacock Clinic is really interested in having this implemented: When patients fill out forms, they want those forms to be automatically added into the patient’s E chart (in chronological order) along with in the documents section. They want this because Ocean was able to do it and it helped doctors clearly see the flow of care in order for a comprehensive understanding of the patient's entire health journey. This feature also aligns w/ CPSO standards for proper documentation, as Dr. Usha mentioned she is an auditor there and this feature makes charts easier to review for audits or complaints.
