Customizable SMS reminder schedule

Add the ability to add additional SMS reminders instead of just the sameday 90-minute pre-appointment reminder. This would help with certain patient demographics who may not have use email.

I agree, one SMS reminder would be ideal if it can be sent 1–2 days before the appointment. It would also be great if patients could simply reply “1” to confirm, rather than tapping a link, as many of our patients are understandably cautious about clicking links due to malware concerns.

Presumably, if there is already an sms fallback at a certain interval, we'd still just send 1 SMS per interval.
